Performance poet Adisa visits KAS

We were delighted to welcome Adisa, the Verbaliser, for a high energy interactive performance to students of Year 7, 8 and 9 during this year’s National Poetry Day. His artful blend of poetry and rap brought laughter and inspiration to our lively audience, as he challenged students to complete his verses.
Year 7’s later enjoyed a poetry workshop in the Upper School Library and we were all thoroughly impressed by his skills at engaging our aspiring young poets.
After lunch, our teachers and students were very sad to see him leave but looked forward to seeing the fruits of what was a fun and exciting event.
