Who better to help Sixth Formers hone their performance of 'The Hills of California' than the play's author?
British playwright 𝐉𝐞𝐳 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 recently visited KAS for a conversation with students preparing an extract of his play for their A level Theatre Studies performance exam.
The Tony and Olivier Award winner visited with his wife, actress 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐲 (who starred in the original stage production), providing an amazing opportunity for students to learn about the process of bringing the play to life.

The village green setting of the main school site contributes to the community feeling with Lower School classrooms all opening out directly onto the play areas, parents encouraged to spend time in the grounds and all students offered opportunities for outdoor learning.
