About: I have always been interested in working on the strategic side of things within a school, as opposed to the operational aspect that I am involved in with my daily work. I was asked to join KAS Council due to my experience in HR, which helped me understand the importance of policies and procedures, and my knowledge of working in education. My role as a Safeguarding Governor means that I bring an objective and confidential overview to what is a priority area for all schools.
