Vision and Hearing Screening

Magda, our school nurse, is offering vision and hearing screening to the children in Reception and Year 2. Each session is relaxed and friendly. Your child will be joined by one or two other children from their class. It is not necessary for parents to be present, but you are welcome to if you wish.

Vision screening – no need to know all the letters! We will notify you if there are any problems.

Hearing screening – your child’s hearing will be assessed using portable audiometry hearing testing device. The school nurse will notify you if there are any problems and repeat the test if needed.
